WE Trading, Inc. was created to provide a service to U.S. retailers/buyers in finding new resources in China.  I have been working in China the past 3 years dealing with factories and U.S. customers. I have learned much of how businesses are conducted as well as the unspoken regulations involved in China.  There are many pitfalls and road blocks that a company can lose millions overnight. These are the information you cannot learn from books, but only through real world experiences. 

If you are looking for a new source of production or new products coming from China, this is the event to attend.  The main language spoken at the Fair is Putonghua and Cantonese. Although some English translator are available, non-Chinese speaking person will have a difficult time communicating with the company representatives. Also, business practices in China are very different than the United States. Knowing the local customs is definitely an advantage.  One bad shipment can make or break a company, ensuring production runs smoothly is critical to working with Chinese factories.

A handshake is worth a thousand phone calls. You can achieve so much more in person than over the telephone.
